A skirt with racing stripes? I think the subway employee in the picture was a plainclothes fashion policeman that had just pulled this woman over and given her a ticket for speeding on the platform.
I’ve seen cars with tassles and tattoos that looked more like decals, but this particular anthropomotive accident is new to me. She’s also wearing unmatched saddle bags.
