Nico running in field
Living in New York City has been wonderful, I must admit. I’ve been all around the city and I have to say that where we live now – at West End and 105th – is really my favorite.
However, when you have a little guy, you also have to get him out the wide open spaces. Here’s Nico running in a field in the mountains outside Cali, Colombia where my in-laws live.
It’s not all fun and games… it’s also insect bites. But it’s wonderful that there’s a lot of family around all day every day. That’s what made me think of New York and the one thing that really is a problem for us now. Nico is wonderful around family and we really want him to have that kind of “extended family” upbringing.
He’ll be 15 months next week. I’m going to post a few of the better pics here, and many more on Facebook and Flickr.
